We currently ship to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended to ensure quality control and accurate fulfilment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • European Union & United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

All applicable shipping options and costs are displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, provided via email once the parcel has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we accept returns only for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The product

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs
