Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
United States: 2–5 business days
European Union & United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the EU, UK, and US.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Can I return opened skincare products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Products & Routine

I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?
Begin with a barrier-first routine: gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, ceramide-based moisturizer, and daily SPF.

How often should I use exfoliating acids?
We recommend introducing AHAs 2–3 times per week, followed by barrier-supporting hydration.

Can I combine multiple active ingredients?
Actives should be introduced progressively to avoid irritation. If unsure, contact our team for routine guidance.

Are your formulas fragrance-free?
Yes. Our formulations are fragrance-free and designed to support skin tolerance.

Skin Reactions

What should I do if I experience irritation?
Discontinue use of active treatments and focus on barrier repair with hydration and lipid replenishment. Reintroduce actives gradually once the skin has stabilized.

Do you recommend patch testing?
Yes. We advise patch testing all new products before full application.
